City
churches that closed over a decade ago. Our pastor is Father

2. We have over 600 families that call All Saints their
spiritual home and
we are a "church of choice," meaning that our parishioners come
from all
over the city.
3. All Saints just completed a $2.5 million renovation project
with many
one-of-a-kind, unique designs and sacred art pieces that people
from all
around the country come to see.
4. All Saints also has a very popular choir that has traveled
the world over
and helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for Ugandan
African AIDS
relief, Tsunami victims of Africa, and for Hurricane Katrina
victims.
5. Currently, All Saints has five community outreach programs,
"The
Commons," a home for homeless women and children, an after
school/mentoring
program for youth, the nightly Meal Program serving over 100
families, the
Food Pantry that provides nutritious meals and food to families
in need, and
an emergency assistance program called "The Ujima Project."
History
All Saints Catholic Church is a central Milwaukee parish. The
parish was
formed in 1994 as a merger of nine north side Catholic churches.
As a merger
of many parishes located in a largely African American area of
Milwaukee,
the All Saints congregation embodies the diverse breadth of the
body of
Christ. The All Saints Choir is renown in the Milwaukee area and
the Midwest
for the excellence of their music. |
